Individual Counselling
Relationship with self - having a positive sense of self, from the inside out is a work in progress. Sometimes we’re grounded and centred in who we are and sometimes we’re not - sometimes we struggle. With stress, with identity, with trauma, with energy, with health…the list is endless…sometimes.
Relationship with an intimate partner - is a dance! Sometimes we’re in step with each other, sometimes we’re completely out of step, or trying to get over relationship loss, or struggling with boundaries. Or wondering whether to stay or to go.
Relationship with family and friends - whether it’s past, current or future issues, family and friends can be a juggle, a nightmare or another work in progress.

Connecting with the Core of You
Core Counselling offers a whole person, strengths and values based practice with a focus on collaboration, connecting with the core of you and becoming grounded and well-resourced.
Core Counselling Process
Person-centred counselling means that we collaborate to work out what’s best for your unique needs. During the first session we explore what you need, what brings you to counselling and what you want to get out of it. Sessions are 60 minutes and face to face or online. Together we make a plan, set goals and reflect on the outcomes of our sessions periodically, to make sure we’re on track. Sessions are tailored to meet each individual and evidence based theories and modalities are used according to the wishes of each client.
Awareness creates choice and choice enables flexibility and harmony.
